Nicolette has launched regular workshops and events, including implementing a training programme in partnership with ‘Jamaica AIDS Support for Life’, to support lesbians, bisexual women and transgender people engage in issues of health and gender-based violence. She has also reached out to over 600 students at the ‘University of the West Indies’ in discussions on LGBT issues, feminism and body image, and encourages participation from LGBT women in social justice advocacy.
